                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM RAY D. SKILES AND EDNA
                   G. SKILES, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76,
                   TRACT NO. 153, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Ray D. Skiles and Edna G.
       Skiles, relative to Contract No. 76, Tract No. 153, Daytona
       Heights Collection System, for a total consideration of 
$1,000.00.
